4. Ordering Process and Prices

Orders are processed directly through the online catalog. All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain. Shipping charges, if any, will be detailed during checkout prior to final payment.

5. Secure Payment Methods

Payments are managed and processed through Stripe. This ensures maximum security for your transaction. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and alternative payment methods integrated by Stripe (such as Apple Pay). Payment data is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe; we never store your payment credentials.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products within Spain and to supported international markets. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address. Deliveries are handled by transport agencies. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in Spain, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via email. The product must be returned unused, with all its tags and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the direct shipping costs of returning the product, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund including standard shipping costs within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

8. Product Warranty

Under Spanish law (Decree 1/2007), all consumer goods purchased on or after January 1, 2022, carry a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or non-conformity. In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to product repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract (refund), as applicable, free of charge.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any conflict or dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the consumer's domicile or where legally applicable.
